Keith practices using a patient-centered, evidence based approach and continuously strives to improve the wellness of all patients. He feels that interdisciplinary management and physical activity are the keys to improving a patient’s overall quality of life. He uses many different treatment techniques including soft tissue, myofascial release, spinal mobilization, manipulation, & rehabilitation as well as lifestyle & patient education. He holds additional certification in Graston Technique and Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Rehab, and has extensive experience working with chronic pain, motor vehicle, and workplace injuries. He enjoys treating patients of all ages. In his free time, Keith enjoys staying active, keeping up with scientific literature, and spending time with his wife and kids.
